Lets start with written setp by step walktrough:

Get the stones and take the torch from the wall.
Click the dry leaves to get closer.
Drag the stones one by one to the leaves to light it.
Drag the unlit torch to the fire. Zoom out.
Enter the inner dark room; place the torch in the holder on right.
Click the wooden log in the hole to get closer. Get it.
Now click the wooden log in the inventory panel, and take the stick. Close the window.
Use the wooden stick to free the Mongoose.
Watch the Snake and Mongoose fight each other.
The snake will spit out a ruby. Get it and zoom out twice.
Get the stone knife from the ground, use it to dig the mud.
There you will see a small Spearhead. Get it and zoom out.
Click the spider web to get closer, get the spider and zoom out.
Go right and zoom out, you'll see an angry caveman sitting on a rock.
Click him to get closer, drag the spider and place it near him.
He will faint, get the stick, rope and key from him.
Click him again to get closer, use the stone knife to tear his dress.
Zoom out twice.
Click the stick in the inventory panel, drag the spearhead to the stick and then the rope.
You'll get the spear, close the window.
Click the crocodile to get a closer view.
Now click the crocodile on the right to get very closer.
You will see two rocks near the crocodile.
Drag the wooden log and place it over those rocks.
Then click the log twice to go near the cave.
You can see a rock hanging above the door.
Use the spear to cut the rope of that rock.
Click the Lion mask to get closer.
Attach the Ruby to the other eye of the Lion.
A secret wheel lock will appear.
Ensure that you have collected the dress of the caveman.
Use it to wipe the secret wheel lock, so that you can see the keyhole.
Use the key to open the secret wheel lock.
The door will be opened to you!
